Marketing: Your Vibe Attracts Your Tribe

Tax day is just around the corner! This time of year can be a real eye-opener when it comes to studio finances. I hope you encountered pleasant surprises! If not, you might want to start re-thinking your marketing strategy for the coming year.  After all, almost all issues in your studio can be corrected through proper marketing. 

Ever heard of the phrase “Your vibe attracts your tribe”? Well, it’s true. If you can fill your studio with students and families who align with your teaching philosophies and values,  you’re less likely to encounter all sorts of issues in your business, financial issues included. 

Take a look at your studio roster… what % are “your tribe” when it comes to teaching philosophies or business policies? If that percentage is lower than 75%, it’s probably time to rethink your current marketing.
